tb999 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tb999 ("tb999", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the tb999 website, mobile platform, gaming services, sports betting services, promotional programmes, and all related products and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating a tb999 account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

tb999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes become effective upon publication on the tb999 website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in a manner consistent with internationally recognised principles of online gaming and fair play. References to "Bangladesh" in these Terms are to the People's Republic of Bangladesh. All monetary amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless expressly stated otherwise.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other document, communication, or statement made in connection with the Platform, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written addendum signed by an authorised representative of tb999.

2. Account Registration

To access the full range of tb999 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a tb999 account. Account registration is subject to the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. tb999 operates a strict 18+ policy without exception.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid mobile phone number, and a working email address.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Creating duplicate accounts, whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.
• You must not register a tb999 account on behalf of a third party or allow any other person to use your account.
• tb999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the timeframe specified by tb999 support may result in account suspension.
• tb999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

Upon successful registration, tb999 will send a verification communication to your registered mobile number or email address. You must complete this verification step before depositing funds. tb999 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or purchasing tb999 accounts is prohibited.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at tb999 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tb999 currently supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Supported methods may change from time to time; the current list is always displayed on the tb999 deposit page.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no processing fee charged by tb999 on deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply its own transfer charges. Deposits are normally credited to your tb999 account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider. tb999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or incorrect payment references entered by the player.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit to your tb999 account, in order to maintain financial compliance and prevent money laundering. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing time is within three (3) business hours for bKash and Nagad; bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

tb999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal — particularly for first-time withdrawals, large-amount requests, or where account activity suggests a pattern inconsistent with standard player behaviour. Fraudulent withdrawal requests, including those based on deposit transactions later reversed or disputed by the player, will be declined and may result in account closure.

Players are advised that funds deposited into a tb999 account are held solely for the purpose of gaming and sports betting on the Platform. tb999 does not pay interest on player account balances. Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100, applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.

4. Bonus Terms

tb999 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (stated in the specific offer terms) before any winnings derived from them can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is applied to the bonus amount unless the offer terms specify otherwise.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, Teen Patti, and crash games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%) or not at all. Specific contribution rates are detailed in the relevant promotion terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be used within the time period stated in the offer. Unused or unwagered bonuses will be forfeited upon expiry without compensation.

• Maximum bet with bonus: While an active bonus is attached to your account, the maximum bet per round or per game event is ৳2,000 unless stated otherwise. Bets placed above this threshold during a bonus period may be voided.

tb999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already claimed and in progress will continue under the terms applicable at the time of claim. Players who believe a promotional credit has been applied incorrectly should contact tb999 support within 72 hours of the relevant deposit or activity.

5. User Obligations

As a registered tb999 player, you agree to the following obligations at all times:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment and will not use it for any commercial purpose, money laundering, fraud, or any criminal activity.
• You will keep your tb999 login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and will not share them with any other person. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised it, unless you have promptly notified tb999 of an unauthorised access.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or tb999 itself.

• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider trading in connection with sports betting markets on the Platform.
• You will not use any VPN, proxy, or other method of obscuring your true geographic location or identity while accessing the Platform.
• You will ensure that your registered contact details — mobile number, email address, and residential address — remain accurate and up to date at all times. Failure to maintain current details may delay withdrawal processing or account verification.

Breach of any of these obligations may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the voiding of any pending or recent bets, and the forfeiture of any account balance, subject to the return of verifiable net deposits where tb999 determines this to be appropriate in the circumstances.

6. Age Restriction

tb999 operates a strict minimum age policy. No person under the age of 18 years may register an account, deposit funds, place bets, or access any real-money gaming feature on the Platform. This policy is enforced without exception.

At registration and at any subsequent point determined by tb999, players may be required to provide documentary proof of age, including a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Where tb999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be under the age of 18, the account will be suspended pending completion of age verification. If age verification cannot be confirmed, the account will be permanently closed.

Any funds deposited by a player who is subsequently found to be under the age of 18 will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any transactional costs incurred. No winnings generated by an underage player will be paid out under any circumstances.

7. Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their tb999 account at any time by contacting support via the 24/7 live chat or by emailing the address listed in the footer of this page. Upon receiving a closure request, tb999 will process the request within one (1) business day. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

tb999 reserves the right to close, restrict, or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary policy published on the Platform.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during or after registration.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Detection of bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, or any other form of cheating.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the specified timeframe.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the tb999 Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed by tb999 due to a breach of these Terms, tb999 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, the balance may be forfeited in full. tb999 will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to the player's registered email address within ten (10) business days.

Players who have self-excluded from tb999 may not open a new account for the duration of their self-exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion — including by creating new accounts under different details — will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, tb999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to system outages, server errors, or third-party payment failures beyond tb999's reasonable control.
• Interruption of service during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance windows.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Errors in odds or game results subsequently identified as arising from a technical malfunction, provided that tb999 takes prompt corrective action upon discovering the error.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to read and understand these Terms, bonus terms, or individual game rules before participating.

In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a live sports event or casino game round, tb999 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. This is the exclusive remedy available to players for technical failures and tb999's total liability in any such case shall not exceed the amount of the stake placed on the affected event.

Nothing in these Terms limits tb999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Players who have concerns about the fairness of a game outcome or a transaction on their account are encouraged to contact tb999 support immediately so that the matter can be investigated promptly.
